The Team
Deloittes Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.
About you:
You serve as the voice of the user, ensuring their needs and expectations are at the center of every conversation whether collaborating with clients, project managers, designers, or engineers. You bring a forward-thinking, innovative mindset and stay current with trends in the interactive and digital space. With strong UX and UI design expertise, you excel at transforming complex concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience in the UX/UI field(consulting experience is a plus)
Aportfolioshowcasing your experience,storytelling, anddesign presentation skills
Deepunderstanding of end-usersand advocating for their needs while balancing business requirements and technical constraints
Conversation design experience
Proficiency incommunicating with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and translating them into functional requirements
Ability to assess the current state of digital products and processes, identify UX/UI issues, and develop recommendations
Strong analytical skills for handling large data sets from various sources, including business and tech requirements, user research, and process flows
Relevant experience in UX/UI design, including process mapping, information architecture, user and screen flows, detailed wireframing and prototyping, design systems, component building, and interface design for both mobile and desktop
High proficiency inprototyping with Figma(experience with other tools like Sketch or Adobe CC is a plus)
Passion and enthusiasm for learning, constantly challenging what defines good design and problem-solving
Ability to give and receive constructive design feedback
Strong communication skills
Practical knowledge of Agile methodology
Your future role
Collaborate with clientsto comprehend their business requirements within the broader scope of their digital strategy, and advocate for the customer by creating intuitive interactions and user-friendly interfaces.
Create high-quality UX/UI deliverablesthat meet project goals, includingwireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes optimized for various devices.
Work closely with project managers, design teams, development teams, and digital strategy experts.
Stay updated on industry trends and relevant technological advancements in UX/UI.
Contribute to projects alongside senior colleagues from multidisciplinary teams.
Assist inpreparing sales proposal materialsunder the guidance of project managers.
Design natural, intuitive conversational flows for chatbots, voice interfaces, or AI-driven experiences. (is a plus)
Operate within an agile methodology framework.
